Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 4th March 2019 at Carnoustie High School at 6.45pm.  This meeting is open to all Committee, Adult Members and parents who wish to come along. 
 
Any proposed changes to the Constitution or Bye Laws must be submitted, in writing, to the Club Secretary, signed by two members eligible to vote at a General Meeting not later than 14 days prior to the AGM.
 
The committee positions due for renewal/re-election are noted below. Again, any nominations for these positions should be submitted in writing, to the Club Secretary, supported by two adult members and the nominee no later than 14 days prior to the AGM. 

Any proposed changes to the constitution/bye laws and nominees for committee positions will be displayed on the website at least 7 days prior to the AGM.
