Land Training Sessions
Land Training sessions are available for Age 12 and over on Monday evening and for Age 12 and under on Thursday evening. These sessions count towards the weekly minimum and are aimed at developing flexibility, core strength, strength and conditioning and explosive power which are all essential components to going from a great swimmer to an excellent swimmer.
